The elegant yet casual steakhouse Alder & Birch Cocktails and Dining at The Orleans Hotel and Casino will host an unforgettable dining experience with Jordan Vineyards, featuring specially-selected Jordan wine samplings paired with a delectable multi-course dinner menu.
The wine dinner will feature the following selections:
Appetizer Course:
Caramelized sea scallops with mango Beurre blanc, balsamic syrup and parsnip purée paired with Jordan Chardonnay.
Intermezzo Course:
Prickly pear sorbet
Main Course:
Angus tenderloin on a Beaujolais wine sauce with roasted beef marrow and a cold-water seabass medallion crusted in pistachio nuts over a mandarin orange glaze served with smoked potato purée and vegetable flan. This meal will be paired with Jordan Cabernet.
Dessert Course:
A trio of sweet delights that includes rosemary infused vanilla bean ice cream, a banana beignet and a decadent double chocolate crème brûlée paired with a champagne toast.
Alder & Birch Cocktails and Dining offers a classically modern take on the American steakhouse, serving specially-designed, hand-crafted cocktails created with house-made ingredients, as well as robust social hour and dinner menus, featuring prime steaks, classic American entrees and an assortment of sharable dishes.
