The two were introduced by a friend of Rosen's, who wasn't able to make the wedding, as a result of the weather and warnings throughout all the boroughs. The BroadwayWorld.com News Desk stayed feverish all weekend while the couple said 'I Do', as news was coming fast about theatre cancellations, schedule changes and travel advisories in addition to all things that were happening in other parts of the country and the world, not affected by the Northeast's local weather.

The tour began yesterday with a concert at The Palace of Auburn Hills in Auburn Hills, Michigan. The American Idol season 9 top 10 finalists will be making 49 stops this summer. The winner of season 9 was Lee DeWyze and Crystal Bowersox was the runner-up.

(9/18/2009) - Eric Rosen kicks off his second season as Kansas City Rep's artistic director with an audacious production of INTO THE WOODS (September 18 - October 4). The Tony Award-winning musical by Stephen Sondheim and James Lapine is being staged by Broadway director Moisés Kaufman, who will take the audience on a wild trip into the darker side of the woods, where they will experience a different version of familiar fairy tale characters. Choreography is by Daniel Pelzig. The show also features extensive puppetry created by Kansas City's puppet master Paul Mesner.
