A Sweet Deal Turns Sour when a murder happens on the train!  The Mystery Train presents "Murder on the Wrong Side of the Tracks", opening on April 16 and running through June 5th, with shows on Friday and Saturday evenings.   Erik Pratt, Lucas Villanueva, and Eric Johansen are among the shady characters who are bound to lead you astray.  It's murderous fun!  If you enjoy playing detective, or being a part of the mystery, get in the line-up!

"Murder on the Wrong Side of the Tracks" is set in 1930 when Kansas City is a wide open town, with all the ingredients for a good time-speakeasies, jazz clubs, gambling dens, and easy money.  A man with a little ambition can go far.  After all, prohibition is good for business.  But, when a boxcar of sugar goes missing, taking care of business may mean murder!

The evening begins with role-playing at 6:30 pm, followed by a marvelous meal and a mystery-comedy show at 7 pm.  Most shows will be at the Prime Rib Grill by the Hereford House, 100 East 20th Street, Kansas City, Mo 64108.  The first Thursday evening show of the summer will be June 3rd at Californos Westport.

Cost is $54.00 per person on Thursdays and First Fridays, $64.00 each on Friday and Saturday, and includes dinner, show, tax and gratuity.  A cash bar is available.  Advance reservations are required and can be made by calling (816) 813-9654, or Gettix 866-443-8849.  Or, visit www.kcmysterytrain.com for a complete schedule with menus.

The Mystery Train is also available for private parties and group bookings, and makes a killer gift!
