Artists' strike lands at KC Fringe 2017 Kansas City, Mo. (June 21, 2017) - The artists in the metro have had it and are going on strike! Tired of the disrespect and dismissal from politicians and pundits, an idealistic artist calls for an art strike in the Crossroads to battle The Man. Determined to show everyone what the world would look like without artists, the strike quickly generates a Tweet storm of surprising proportion.

Presented by Thespiation! as part of the 2017 KC Fringe Festival, "Striking Beauty" will be performed at Phosphor Studio on Saturday, July 22, at 10:30 PM; Tuesday, July 25, at 6 PM; Friday, July 28, at 9 PM; and Saturday, July 29, at 4:30 PM. Phosphor Studio is located at 1730 Broadway Boulevard in the Crossroads Arts District.
