Signature Theatre is an artistic home for storytellers. By producing several plays from each Resident Writer, Signature offers a deep dive into their bodies of work. Founded in 1991 by James Houghton, Signature Theatre is now led by Artistic Director Paige Evans and Executive Director Timothy J. McClimon. Signature serves its mission by hosting our distinctive playwright residencies at our permanent home at The Pershing Square Signature Center, a three-theatre facility on West 42nd Street designed by Frank Gehry Architects. Position Summary

Signature Theatre, one of New York’s leading Off-Broadway theaters, is seeking a Ticket Services Associate Manager. The Ticket Services Associate Manager role is a full-time position and reports directly to the Ticket Services Manager. This is a non-exempt position with a schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.



Responsibilities

With guidance from the Ticket Services Manager, the Ticket Services Associate Manager will:

• Ensure the timely processing of all ticketing transactions.

• Responsible for maintenance and accuracy of Tessitura data.

• Support ticketing services access needs, subscription redemption, exchange requests, additional ticket sales, and ticket donations in a highly personalized and professional manner.

• Communicates regularly with Company Management and the Development department regarding fulfillment requests.

• Help recruit, train, schedule, and supervise Ticket Services staff.

• Assist to enforce all policies and processes to enhance customer service.

• Provide exemplary customer service to patrons attending the theater, troubleshooting problems if they arise.

• Conduct staff briefings to promote consistency in customer service support.

• Works closely with internal departments to facilitate the night-of coordination of Access Programs (Captioned and ASL performances).

• Along with the Ticket Services Manager, collaborate with the Marketing Team on institutional messaging, ticket sales campaigns, and ticketing goals.

• The Ticket Services Associate Manager performs other duties as assigned within the scope of the role.



Desired Skills and Experience

• Two years’ experience in a ticket services/box office environment using Tessitura or a similar CRM database.





Compensation

This is a full-time non-exempt position. The hourly rate of pay range is $20.00-$22.00 per hour.
