A not-for-profit 501 c(3) fine arts organization is seeking personnel to manage and maintain our current website, coordinate our social media outreach efforts, and other related marketing tasks.



Responsibilities:

• Update current website (new content, photo refresh, season turnover, etc.), ensuring consistency in messaging across online platforms.

• Design and implement social media strategy for Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, resulting in an online presence which best represents our organization and increases brand awareness.

• Research, create, and post content to Eglevsky Ballet’s social media platforms and execute strategies to increase effectiveness in the digital arena.

• Manage advertising on all social media platforms. Work with Executive Director to develop strategy and budget implementation for advertising.

• Stay up to date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications.

• Monitor social media accounts and keyword feeds for post/response opportunities.





Experience and Relevant Skills:

• Comprehensive knowledge of the WordPress website platform.

• Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.

• Enthusiastic about social media. Comfortable using Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.

• Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video).

• Excellent research and writing skills. Graphic design skills are a plus, but not necessary.

• Keen attention to detail when proofreading, copyediting, and fact-checking.

• Prior communications, marketing, and writing experience is a plus.

• Aptitude to work independently and complete assigned tasks within identified timeframes.

• Capability to ask for help and accept supervision and evaluation of work.

• Ability to work from home using your own computer and Internet access.



Schedule: Remote work on your preferred schedule with timely replies to phone calls and emails during business hours expected. The ideal candidate would be local, and available to attend events and performances to capture images and videos to aid with promotion across social media platforms.



Job Type: Part-time



Salary: Commensurate with experience



Experience: Minimum three years of demonstrated success managing social media platforms or relevant content marketing experience.



Work Location: Remote and on-site


Salary: $16-$20 / hour commensurate with experience
