Scenic Artists (Events and Theatrical) - Tinc Productions

Tinc Productions, an event and theatrical production management company based in New York City, is expanding to Dallas, TX. We are seeking SCENIC ARTISTS to be added to our work roster in Dallas.



Please Note:

-We will be conducting in-person interviews in Dallas from September 21-23. Send in your resume to book your slot!

-Applicants who possess leadership skills will also be considered for higher-level positions (Scenic Charge/Crew Head) during the interview process.



Job Requirements

-All candidates should have experience working as a scenic artist

-Ability to creating texture and color samples from the designer’s model or elevations

-Ability to create patterns as necessary

-Priming and base-coating scenery as necessary

-Finish-work and aging techniques

-Work with a variety of materials

-Be efficient, effective, and a strong communicator and collaborator

-Enjoy a fast-paced environment with frequent changes

-Be committed to safety, professionalism, and a growth mindset.

-All candidates should be able to work in and around Dallas, TX

-Physical requirements of the job include standing, bending, lifting, climbing ladders, and using stairs



Wages and Benefits

This is a part time, non-exempt position with specific work rules. Hours are scheduled on an as needed basis with no set schedule or guarantees.

-W2 Employees, all appropriate taxes withheld. Paid weekly on Fridays. Direct Deposit available.

-Pay rate for Scenic Artist is $32.00 per hour.
