Show Crew supports the operation of theatrical shows by setting up props and operating the special effects during the shows and resetting after each show. They also assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the audience, stage, and backstage areas.



Responsibilities:

Responsible for setting up props and preparing the stage and audience areas for various shows and Special Events.

Responsible for safely loading pyrotechnics under the direction of the Special Effects Technician.

Enable manual and computerized show effects under the direction of the Special Effects Technician and the Stage Manager.

Interact on and off stage with guests and perform show resets in sight of guests.

Responsible for operating a follow spotlight as directed by the Stage Manager.

Comply with all policy and procedures to ensure guest and performer safety during shows, which include inspecting then venue and/or reporting any safety issues to management immediately.

Promotes and provides extraordinary guest service for both internal and external guests; answers questions and offers information in a courteous manner. Seeks to provide assistance to guests.

Understands and demonstrates the proper use of safety practices and ensures department standards are maintained and safety policies for the Park upheld.

Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Must be 18 years older

Prior Theatrical Experience preferred.

Previous experience in customer/guest service, in a fast paced environment preferred.

The pay rate for this role is $16.00.
Salary: $16.00
