Production Manager - Hits! The Musical

Experienced Production Manager needed for Hits! The Musical tour – see www.thehitstour.com for the tour schedule. Traveling to 50+ cities from February 22, 2023 to May 8, 2023. Well recognized creative team and first-class production.



Duties and Responsibilities:

It is the primary responsibility of the Production Manager - to oversee and manage all elements of the production while on tour.

Manage onsite teams of AV event support engineers, freelancers and in-house production team members. Ensuring flawless and professional execution of event deployments.

Ensure that all staff are following OSHA and other Safety regulations, identify any safety hazards and ensure that measures are taken to rectify the issue until the situation is satisfied.

Act as the face of Hits! The Musical while onsite. Maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.

Prepare Show Advances for each assigned event, ensuring all technical requirements, specifications are procured prior to the event.

Present and Load-in, Show and Load-out when necessary.

Lead on-site personnel to execute the need of the event as written and expected in advance.

Previous experience evaluating, testing, and deploying technology solutions to meet defined business needs.

Required Education, Experience/Skills/Training:

5+ year minimum professional experience in content production, talent management, content marketing, influencer marketing or similar creative role

Excellent analytical skills

Photography usage rights and valuation.

Best-practices in field production and 'real-time' talent management, problem solving

Must be detail-oriented and calm under pressure.

Excellent communication, interpersonal and writing skills

Ability to self-start, self-manage, and meet multiple deadlines, proactively prioritize
