Production Heads and Theatrical Technicians - Tinc Productions

Tinc Productions, an event and theatrical production management company based in New York City, is seeking Production Heads and Theatrical Technicians to be added to our work roster in New York, NY for upcoming projects spanning Broadway, Off-Broadway and Special Events this fall and winter.



General Job Requirements:



• All candidates should possess stagehand skills and experience working as a stagehand

• Move, set up, and test various elements and equipment according to set requirements

• Perform a variety of backstage and maintenance tasks

• Assemble and breakdown equipment and support structures

• Inspect lighting, sound, and other equipment

• Assist other team members with miscellaneous tasks

• Be efficient, effective, and a strong communicator and collaborator

• Enjoy a fast-paced environment with frequent changes

• Be committed to safety, professionalism, and a growth mindset.

• All candidates should be able to work in and around New York, NY



Physical requirements of the job include standing, bending, lifting, climbing ladders, and using stairs



Wages and Benefits:

• Theatrical Positions are part-time, non-exempt with specific work rules. Hours are scheduled on an as needed basis with no set schedule or guarantees.

• W2 Employees, all appropriate taxes withheld. Paid weekly on Fridays. Direct Deposit available.



Pay Rate for Production Heads is $38.00 per hour

Pay rate for Stagehands across all departments is $32.00 per hour.

Job Type: Part-time



Salary:

Production Heads $38.00 per hour + O.T.

Theatrical Technicians: $32.00 per hour + O.T.

Schedule:

• Varies per specific Project, including but not limited to:

• Monday through Friday

• Weekends

• 5 hour Work Call Shifts

• 10 Hour Shifts

• 12 Hour Shifts



Work Location: In person, on site - venues may vary
Salary: $32.00-$38.00/hr
