Rockefeller Productions is a multi-faceted entertainment company that specializes in high quality family entertainment for the stage, screen, and immersive events for domestic and international markets.



Our productions include beloved characters from iconic properties such as Disney’s Winnie the Pooh: The New Musical Stage Adaptation, The Very Hungry Caterpillar, Paddington Bear, That Golden Girls Show, and our immersive events include Pixar Putt, and Lego Exhibitions.

We are looking for a detail-oriented, goal driven Producer / Project Manager to focus on production logistics for individual projects. Critical thinkers who have the ability to recognize unique opportunities will thrive in this evolving creative environment.



Flexible work environment between home, office, and off-site meetings often facilitating domestic and international time zones. Agility, self-motivation and high level of accuracy and accountability is required.



Responsibilities

• Logistics: Manage logistics for a variety of projects by ensuring all production elements adhere to contracts, oversee timelines and schedules and supervise the interview and hiring process for local crew members.



• Research: Accurately track and keep updated a research database for future projects.



• Project Management: An understanding of both the strategy and operational aspects of projects, the ability to manage multiple competing priorities, and to always follow through.



• Communication: The ability to communicate effectively across mediums with an emphasis on interpersonal communication. This position will provide updates on project progress, assess potential issues or challenges and provide creative solutions.



• Relationship Management: Excellent social and collaborative skills with an emphasis on building and maintaining meaningful and reciprocal relationships. This position will be the direct liaison between venues, project presenters and internal personnel.



• Relentless Curiosity: The ability to constructively question the status quo and engage in solution-oriented, systems thinking.



• Become a valuable and resourceful asset and continue to enhance the company's reputation and presence within the industry.



Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience with demonstrated success in project management within the entertainment industry. Experience as a Line Producer, General Manager, Stage Manager or other related position within the film, television, theatre or live events industry is a plus. A successful candidate will have a keen understanding of the life cycle of a production from conception to closing.

• Excellent organizational and research skills with the ability to be detailed, concise and thorough.

• Ability to work independently yet be collaborative and engaged with all other internal and external stakeholders.

• The ability to adapt and embrace change

• Availability to work flexible hours, evenings and weekends as necessary for productions

• Must be fully vaccinated and be willing to travel both domestically and internationally if/when required.



Salary

$1,500 per week plus benefits package.

Salary will be reviewed after probation period ends at the end of six months.
