Office and Operations Assistant
JOB SUMMARY
The Office and Operations Assistant are responsible for organizing, maintaining, and coordinating clerical and office operations and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency. The Office and Operations Assistant will report to Senior Management and will have strong people skills, be able to manage a wide variety of administrative and clerical tasks, and be proficient with computers and the use of Microsoft Office software, including Word and Excel.
DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
• Coordinate Partners’ calendar to ensure scheduling and information is flowing in a timely and accurate manner.
o Issue daily wraps as directed by Operations Manager
o Track weekly sales information
o Enter settlement information into tour/city snapshots
o Assist Operations Manager with contracting
• Assist Finance and Special Project Manager in all office duties including:
o Maintaining office supplies and equipment including IT
o Maintaining office kitchen and physical office space
o Maintaining technology and telecommunications systems and providing general support to staff
o Planning of company-wide outings and events (i.e. summer retreat, holiday party) alongside Business Manager
o Website review and updates
o Answer office phone as needed
o Process and route incoming and outgoing mail
o Taking minutes when needed in regards to office meetings
o Welcoming visitors to the office
o Opening Night Gifts
• Other duties as may be assigned
COMPENSATION / BENEFITS
o Full time, Non-exempt
o Benefits include Health Insurance and paid time off in accordance with the Bond Handbook
Salary: $42,500.00
