Rockefeller Productions is a multi-faceted entertainment company that specializes in high quality family entertainment for the stage, screen, and immersive events for domestic and international markets.



Our productions include beloved characters from iconic properties such as The Very Hungry Caterpillar, Paddington Bear, That Golden Girls Show, Disney’s Winnie the Pooh: The New Musical Stage Adaptation, and Pixar Putt along with several major titles in development.



This is a nimble, fast-moving efficient company filled with highly-skilled team players. The position requires a entrepreneurial mindset and a proclivity for organization while working with and alongside the rest of the team. Agility, self-motivation, and high level of accuracy, accountability and personal ownership over projects is essential to thrive in our fast-paced and exciting environment. We are looking for innovators and smart-thinkers who apply their genuine talent passionately to each production.



The Marketing Manager is the advocate and liaison for all Rockefeller Productions projects, providing brand forward guidance and support to internal team members as well as external partners. Working closely with web developers, graphic designers, ad buyers and publicists; this position is integral in crafting the story of our productions to our audience. Agency experience is essential, and a knowledge of the family entertainment landscape is a huge advantage.

Flexible work environment between the office, home and on location; but must be in attendance on site, and at the office during collaborative sessions and meetings as required.



Responsibilities (include, but not be limited to):

• Work with graphic design partners to develop the content of web site, digital assets, marketing emails and various other communications.

• Supervising the creation and dispersement of marketing assets.

• Researching market viability for future projects and once operating in a market, monitor current campaign data to identify demographic trends.

• Serve as day-to-day liason with external public relations and marketing firms, from a campaign’s strategy through its execution.

• Copyrighting sales copy. Must be a solid writer with the ability to edit.

• Provide logistical support at marketing and press related events in NYC, domestic productions and international productions – serving as a primary point of contact with marketing partners throughout their planning process.

• Monitor ad campaigns through digital dashboards, agency reports and web traffic data.

• Guide and assist our remount and touring partners with marketing plans and advice, brand guidelines and asset approval processes.

• Approve marketing collateral in various markets.

• Maintain and organize the archive of localized materials from all partners.

• Create quarterly marketing reports for licensors.



Requirements

• The ideal candidate is a quick study with a positive attitude, analytical mind.

• Exceptional organizational skills, detail orientated and consistently accurate and the ability to plan and think well-ahead.

• Excellent communication and written skills.

• Self-starters, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

• A curious and analytical mind who can spot data and marketing trends.

• Excellent judgement with the ability to work independently, as a leader, and as a member of a team with a strong work ethic.

• We are not looking for robots or wilting flowers. Confident analytical thinkers who like to challenge and be challenged.



Preferred Experience

• Marketing and ad agency experience.

• Specialty in live events preferred.



Other

• Must be fully vaccinated and be willing to travel both domestically and internationally if/when required.

Salary

$1,200 per week plus health and benefits package.

Salary will be reviewed after probation period ends at the end of six months.
