Stalker – an innovative 90-minute magic show by Swedish duo Peter Brynolf and Jonas Ljung and directed by Eurovision mastermind Edward Af Sillén – is premiering Off-Broadway this spring at New World Stages. Fast-paced street magic, physical mentalism, and social hacking combine with live cameras and audience participation to lead to a climactic plot twist that you’ll never see coming.
Making use of 6 live cameras (4 mounted, 2 manually operated) the Production is seeking Camera Operators to join the run crew for the full run (March 11 - September 1st). As Camera Operator, your responsibilities will center around skillfully capturing dynamic visuals and contributing to the overall visual storytelling process of the production. Working closely with our Magician Duo, you’ll play a crucial part in the success of close up magic, capturing audience reactions and highlighting specific moments throughout the production.
Your role involves meticulous equipment selection, assembly and setup, ensuring that technical elements align seamlessly with the creative vision of the production. If you demonstrate a deep understanding of both the technical and creative facets of camera operation, possess a keen eye for detail and have a deep passion for maintaining the highest standards in theatrical production, we encourage you to apply.
STALKING NYC LLC is committed to employment opportunities for all regardless of race, color, ethnicity, ancestry, religion, creed, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship status, marital status, disability, gender identity, gender expression, and Veteran status.
