Rockefeller Productions is a multi-faceted entertainment company that specializes in high quality family entertainment for the stage, screen, and immersive events for domestic and international markets.



Our stage productions include beloved characters from iconic properties such as Disney’s Winnie the Pooh: The New Musical Stage Adaptation, The Very Hungry Caterpillar, Paddington Bear, The Golden Girls Show, Friends, along with several other major titles in development. Immersive events currently include Pixar Putt and Lego exhibitions with more in development.



This is a nimble, fast-moving efficient company filled with highly-skilled team players. The Lead Ticket Sales Manager is responsible for ticketing, group sales, discount codes, holds, press tickets and daily management of all Rockefeller productions across our live events, activations, tours, and remount productions. Using both in-house ticketing and liaising with third party box offices.

Flexible work environment between the office, home and on location; but must be in attendance on site, and at the office during collaborative sessions and meetings as required.



Responsibilities (include, but not be limited to):

• Partnering with the Senior Manager to maintain, expand and evolve our forecasting and pricing models through data retention, formatting, and modeling

• Creating all sales reporting documents and monitoring their receipt and fidelity

• Checking event builds, offer builds, VIP ticket types, and price changes for their proper implementation

• Working directly with box offices across the country and partnering with them for our shared success

• Assisting in initial pricing decisions and preparation of ticket pricing memos

• Ensuring proper archiving of final seat maps, settlements, box office reports and other relevant engagement details

• Leading ticketing reporting and analytics in meetings

• Creating, analyzing, and presenting sales and ticketing reports on a daily basis.

• Monitoring and managing on a daily basis all activity on our in-house ticketing platforms.

• Ensure all sales reporting and touring documents are accurate, timely, and appropriately kept in records;

• Maintain and update dynamic pricing models; monitor proper programming of pricing memos, event and offer builds, and dynamic price changes;

• Liaising with third party box office staff.

• Responsible for the sales and service of all ticket products across our live events, activations, tours and remount productions.

• Spearheading enquiries and assisting with information about all Rockefeller events. This includes working with a myriad of (junior) contractors to ensure clarity of messaging and superb customer service.

• Responding and nurturing all to group sales

• Other projects as assigned



Requirements

• The ideal candidate is a quick study with a positive attitude, analytical mind, with High comfort with Microsoft Office Suite, and strong demonstrated Excel skills

• Ticketing experience and excellent data management skills.

• Highly organized, detailed orientated, and consistently accurate.

• Well organized, detail-oriented, able to manage projects independently with the ability to plan and think well-ahead.

• Self-starters, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

• A curious and analytical mind who can spot data trends. Able to distill data into digestible presentations.

• Excellent judgement with the ability to work independently, as a leader, and as a member of a team with a strong work ethic.



Preferred Experience

• Knowledge of Audience View & Spectrix. Other Ticketing outlet experience will also be relevant.



Other

• Must be fully vaccinated and be willing to travel both domestically and internationally if/when required.

Salary

$1,000 per week plus benefits package.

Salary will be reviewed after probation period ends at the end of six months.
