Director of Ticketing - Florida Theatrical Association

Florida Theatrical Association, the non-profit presenter of touring Broadway in Orlando, Miami, and Fort Lauderdale, seeks an experienced Director of Ticketing to oversee all box office and subscription responsibilities for the FAIRWINDS Broadway Across America - Orlando series. Additional responsibilities include the management and training of all ticketing staff, superior customer relations, event coordination with ARCHTICS and sales reporting to management of touring Broadway productions. The Director of Ticketing will work with marketing and public relations daily to ensure sales plans are implemented, followed and goals met. During show weeks, the Director of Ticketing schedules night of show box office staff and works with company management to ensure nightly and weekly reports are accurately completed in a timely manner. In addition, the Director of Ticketing assists settlement staff with necessary reports during settlement process.
