Development Manager - Two River Theater

Two River Theater (TRT) seeks a detail oriented, collaborative multi-tasker with an interest in building relationships and annual fund management to work as part of the Development team in the role of Development Manager. This position reports to the Director of Development and will work with multiple fundraising professionals, in addition to several other departments, to assist in executing the overall vision, goals and fundraising functions of the Development Department. They will take ownership of the annual contributed revenue initiatives from the annual fund campaign to a portion of TRT’s Backstage Pass (a donor benefit program). They will also be a vital part of the department’s administrative functions, and spearhead communications (internal and external) operations, and server/database management. The position may start immediately and is hybrid, understanding that they will be asked to participate and help with in-person fundraising meetings, events and TRT functions.
