ABOUT THE ROLE OF CREATIVE PRODUCTION COORDINATOR
For the right candidate, this will be a great opportunity to step into a growing company. The Super Awesome Creative Production Coordinator oversees the creation, execution, and delivery of all SAF’s internal creative content.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Work with various Account and Community Managers to identify the content needs for all SAF managed social accounts.
Communicate and manage content design workflow, ensuring created assets align with client brand guidelines and are returned in a timely manner.
Contribute towards the design of social content for SAF social channels.
Oversee the creation of any advertising needs for clients, including traditional and digital media.
Work closely with contracted designers for art and website development.
Influence and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring creative content matches clients requests.
Actively engage in internal SAF Brainstorming sessions for new content and creative ideas.

SALARY AND WORK SCHEDULE
The Creative Production Coordinator salary will be between $45k - $55k. SAF’s regular work hours are Monday through Friday 10am-6pm ET. This position should be prepared to work the occasional pre-planned night or weekend for special events. While occasional onsite commitments will be necessary, SAF is committed to maintaining a hybrid work schedule for all employees.
