Lone Star Circus is seeking a professional singer for their upcoming Cirque: Spirit of Christmas show this Christmas season.

Plot Summary 

This Cirque-styled Christmas show features dazzling acrobatics, feats of flexibility, and high-flying stunts. This Broadway-style spectacle centers around Noel, a child dismayed and distressed by the hustle and bustle of the holidays. Trying to re-capture her lost love of the season, she is visited by spirits who bring back the true meaning of the season in energetic, dream-like chapters.

Audition Materials: 

Please prepare 8 bars of a song that you are prepared to sing acapella, a short 1-minute comedic monologue, and perform a small dance/movement routine or provide a short video reel of your work as a dancer/mover. Please indicate on your audition submission what vocal range you have and provide your resume & headshot.

Rate: Stipend of $1,200 

Roles Available:

 1 role available, Noel 

Artists must be 18+ or 15+ with parental consent. 

Character is a young female-presenting ingenue. Must be played by an adult, but should present as 10-14 years old. Basic dance skills. This character is open to all ethnicities. Noel is a young girl who is dismayed by the hustle and bustle of the holidays. She rekindles her love for the season as she is visited by the spirits of Christmas, who captivate her with spellbinding and energetic circus performances.
