Booking Agent - The Golden Gays NYC, LLC

The Golden Gays NYC, LLC, a New York-based musical touring company is seeking an experienced Booking Agent to join our team. We are looking for a responsible, motivated, detail-oriented team player that brings a positive energy into the room! Must be organized, a quick problem solver, possess independent leadership skills and be familiar with a wide variety of performing situations and environments.





The ideal candidate will be based in the New York tri-state area with two+ years of professional booking experience in the theatrical field. Should be a wonderful communicator and have professional connections both in the New York area as well as around the country (and beyond!) Relevant experience should include booking gigs for professional theatrical companies and/or drag artists at venues like theatres, clubs, cabaret venues, cruise ships, television, etc.





Flexibility is important as show / touring schedules vary throughout the year. The work will be remote, but candidates should be available for weekly Zoom meetings.





Love of “The Golden Girls” is a plus! ;-)





Three month probationary period.



The Booking Agent will work on commission per gig that is booked. Percentage will be negotiated with the artists.
