Tinc Productions, an event and theatrical production management company based in New York City, is seeking an Associate Project Manager to be added to our work roster in Albany, New York.

Duties:
This scope of work is intended to outline the general role expectations required to fulfill this position. An attempt to be as thorough as possible has been made, but there may be additional duties required.
Supervise and manage, production, installation, or other Tinc labor teams and crews
Coordinate communication across clients, sub-contractors, and other stakeholders
Attend and participate in site surveys and production meetings
Assist in maintaining project paperwork
Collect and organize receipts, shipping confirmations, delivery receipts, and invoices from the project manager and department heads
Provide all necessary information, receipts, timesheets, and labor adjustments to the internal Tinc Operations Team.
Ensure that all productions follow technical guidelines and safety requirements and maintain all necessary documentation for each production (flame certs, etc.) as set by Tinc Productions.
Assist in the creation and maintenance of the +ldquo;SDS Book+rdquo;, which should include MSDS sheets, flame certifications, and on-site permits
Book and support employees and staff on various calls while considering their particular skills and the team dynamic that we are creating onsite.
Assist in maintaining all venue rules and regulations designated by the venue or client
Research and gather information as needed to coordinate and schedule project logistics
Provide off-site support (ie: running errands)
Other tasks as assigned.

Physical activities including but not limited to standing, bending, lifting, climbing, and using stairs.
