Assistant Company Manager - Asolo Repertory Theatre

Asolo Repertory Theatre seeks an Assistant Company Manager to support company management and administration in logistical planning and implementation for artists’ residencies and theatre initiatives. This position requires an outgoing, self-starter who enjoys artists and is an excellent communicator. Ideal candidates must be highly organized, detail-oriented, positive, and professional. The position requires an ability to problem solve, effectively manage multiple tasks, maintain discretion, remain level-headed in stressful situations, and make decisions in accordance with established procedures.

Candidates must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, be capable of lifting at least 40 pounds and be prepared to share on-call responsibility as scheduled (including nights, weekends, and holidays on a rotating basis). Ideal applicants have one to two years of theatre or related company management experience and a comfort working with artists and creative personnel.

COMPENSATION: $35,000-$40,000
