Upstate Scenic, Inc. in Chatham, NY seeks a part-time Administrative Manager to create, maintain and facilitate all administrative practices and daily office duties for a fast-paced, upbeat, steadily-growing, reputable scenic fabrication outlet.
Upstate Scenic is a full-service scenic construction outlet specializing in theatre, opera and television. Clients include various regional theatres, opera companies, television and corporate events, for which the shop has collaborated with reputable designers, producers and directors to create quality, custom scenery. In the last year, Upstate Scenic’s staff has doubled in size, and the shop’s space has expanded to 17 thousand square feet. The steadily growing company seeks to expand and continue its administrative and HR practices with the Administrative Manager at the helm.
