Flagler College’s Theatre Arts departmental seniors present their capstone production “Almost, Maine” welcoming us to get to know the hard-working, very ordinary Mainers from the mythical small town of Almost.
“Almost, Maine” takes place on a cold winter night, where residents experience the power of the human heart. The play contains a series of nine loosely connected but complex vignettes about love that extraordinarily fit together. Energized by the northern lights, we witness the beauty of relationships that come full circle as strangers become friends, friends become lovers, and lovers turn into strangers. By the end of the story together, it’s clear that the residents of Almost will never be the same again.
