Jacksonville, Fla. – The FSCJ Artist Series, sponsored by VyStar Credit Union, presents A Slightly Wicked Holiday Show on Tuesday, December 17, 2024, 7:30 p.m. Tickets are available at fscjartistseries.org or by calling 904-632- 5000. Defy gravity this holiday season, and make A Slightly Wicked Holiday Show your new holiday tradition. Broadway and the holidays collide as Broadway stars from the smash-hit musical WICKED sing songs and banter with the audience. Sing along and celebrate the holidays with this fresh spin on the season. Includes songs from the hit Broadway shows WICKED, PHANTOM OF THE OPERA, WEST SIDE STORY and more, plus all of your favorite Holiday classics. The talented cast of A Slightly Wicked Holiday Show come with impressive credits, and are sure to win audiences over. Find their bios below to see how much experience this group brings to the show. Please note that the stars are subject to change.

ALLI MAUZEY is currently starring in the Tony Award Winning Best Musical Kimberly Akimbo as Pattie. A role she also created at The Atlantic Theater Company. Before that, Alli starred as Ernestina in the Tony Award winning revival of Hello, Dolly! Other Broadway credits include Glinda in Wicked, a role she also performed to critical acclaim on the First National Tour and the San Francisco company, Lenora in the musical CryBaby, for which she won a Theatre World Award and was nominated for a Drama League Award, and Brenda in Hairspray (both on Broadway and in the original company of the First National Tour). Among many voiceover credits, her voice can be heard as a series regular on the Animated television series Alpha Teens on Machines. She has a BFA from New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts in drama and a minor in music.

JACKIE BURNS is a bi-coastal actress who holds the title of Broadway’s longest running Elphaba in WICKED she is the face of the brand. She has also played Elphaba on the National Tour, where her performance received an Irene Award nomination. She replaced Tony Award® winning Idina Menzel in the national tour of If/Then where she received rave reviews for her performance and was also a part of the original Broadway company. Her other Broadway and off- Broadway credits include the Tony Award-winning revival of Hair (original Broadway company member) and Rock of Ages (original Off-Broadway company member) Jackie can be heard on the cast recordings for Hair, Island Song, A Killer Party and has done over 50 demos for upcoming musicals. Film/TV credits include, "Set it Up", "The Magnificent Meyersons", “Ghost”. Jackie has sung all over the world with Grammy and Tony Award winning composer Frank Wildhorn (Jekyll and Hyde) as his featured female singer. She also works with John Such Artists’ Management as one of his featured singers in concert venues all across the country.

SAM GRAVITTE is currently (outside of Pandemia) playing Fiyero in the Broadway company of the smash musical Wicked. He most recently worked with Roger Q. Mason on a Zoom excerpt of Roger's new play The Pride of Lions for Dixon Place HOT! Festival. Last winter, he was seen in the world premiere of the Almost Famous musical at the Old Globe Theatre in San Diego. Other credits include the national tour of Wicked and Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat at ACT of Connecticut. He is a musician, a writer, and a graduate of Princeton University.

RYAN SHIRAR is a New York City-based conductor and music director who is also an accomplished pianist and orchestrator, Trained classically, he is diversely capable in styles ranging from masterworks to pop to Broadway. Shirar is currently the music director of The Four Phantoms, whose PBS Special aired in August. He has performed globally at venues including Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center, the Aspen Music Festival, Theatre du Chatelet in Paris, New York's Town Hall, and Feinstcein's/54 Below and with orchestras including Plymouth Philharmonic, Tulsa Signature Symphony, Austin Symphony, Lexington Philharmonic, West Michigan Symphony, Columbus Symphony, and Cleveland Pops. Shirar made his Broadway debut in 2015 as pianist for The Visit, starring Chita Rivera, and has just recently music directed Waitress at the Cape Playhouse. He also performs with Manhattan Concert Productions, which holds residencies in New York City every spring culminating in choral and orchestral performances at Carnegie Hall.
