ArcAttack comes to the FSCJ Nathan H. Wilson Center for the Arts on Friday, October 14 at 7 p.m. for one performance only. Part rock concert, part science experiment the creators of ArcAttack unveil the science behind the spectacle. Combining their love of music with science, the group invites the audience to explore concepts such as electricity, voltage and current, magnetism, robotics and lightning through a show that's both entertaining and interactive.

Creators of the original Singing Tesla Coil, the crew of ArcAttack use their high tech wizardry to generate a truly 'electrifying' performance. ArcAttack began their journey to develop the Singing Tesla Coil in 2005 and after several iterations the instrument reached its present form. The group quickly gained popularity and has been featured nationally on shows such as National Geographic's Known Universe, highlighted by Morgan Freeman on Discovery Science's Through The Worm Hole and of course an unforgettable performance on America's Got Talent. In all the group has over 3 million views on YouTube to date.

The show features two custom engineered hand built Tesla Coils throw out electrical arcs up to twelve feet long, each one acting as an instrument with a sound reminiscent of the early days of the synthesizer. Their robotic drummer King Beat accompanies the spectacle acting as narrator...and drummer. It's an evening of music and science you won't soon forget.
