Yeeeeee Haw! Laurel Little Theatre is bringing back its biggest hit ever to kick off a huge fund raising drive to build the new Pinehurst Room and addition, Always...Patsy Cline. In our 52 year history, this is the show that holds the record for the most performances and its largest audiences. The show runs tonight, November 1-4 and 9-11, 2012.

Long time LLT director Wess Hughes has talked his favorite trio of gals into comin' back to do one more final round of this rip-roarin', knee-slappin', belly-laughin' musical. This will be the 6th production the four of them have worked on over the last decade.

Missy Sanderson returns to the Arabian stage as Patsy Cline, along with Catherine Nowicki as her funny sidekick, Louise. Musical Director Michelle Howells will be onstage along with the fiddles and steel guitars as the band works through 27 of Patsy's famous ole songs like "Walkin' After Midnight", "I Fall To Pieces", "Crazy", and "Sweet Dreams".

The musical is based on the true story of Patsy Cline's friendship with Houston housewife Louise Seger back in 1961. The show's title was inspired by Patsy's letters to Louise, which were consistently signed, "Love Always...Patsy Cline."

A Grand Ole Opry talent show kicks off each performance and will be emceed by Kathy Lee as Minnie Pearl and features great Pine Belt country and gospel performers Venita Apperwhite, Landon & Katelyn Bryant, Roy 'Shorty' Carruth, Roxy Comardelle, Patsy Graham, The Gospel Strings, Angie Hodge, Missy Jones, Albert Ray, Bob Saxton, Ronnie Smith, Betty Strickland and Blake Windham.

Singin' and dancin' Patsy's backup vocals are Jay Baggett, Frankie Bennett, Sheryl Boone, Lacy Cockrell, Shane Cockrell, Danny McDonald, Lynn Deas, Lexy Harvey, Ann Hodges, Logan Holder, Marian Latimer, Laurie Myrick, Susie Rustin, Acie Smith and Ben West.

Evening performances are at 7:30p.m. on November 1-2-3 and November 9-10. Sunday matinees are November 4 and 11 at 2p.m.

The admission for this special return engagement is a $25 donation to the Pinehurst Room building fund, and as such, is tax deductible. It's not included on your regular season ticket, but just make your reservation and pay at the door. Make sure to call in reservations to 601.428.0140 since this show always sells out. Don't miss this one, y'all!
