The Young Israel Philharmonic Orchestra Announce Summer Concerts

The Young Israel Philharmonic Orchestra is Israel's national youth orchestra comprising 100 of Israel's most talented young players of orchestral instruments between the ages of 14 and 18. The Jerusalem Music Centre (JMC) believes strongly that outstanding young musicians from throughout the country should have a chance to come together to interact with their musical peers and experience music making at the highest level and irrespective of their place of residence or financial means.

"The orchestra members and we here at the Jerusalem Music Centre are waiting in anticipation for the encounter with conductor Krzysztof Chorzelski", says JMC's General Director Gadi Abadi, "We invite you all to join us for the Young Philharmonic's exciting concerts in which Israel's best young musicians will play magical pieces from the best symphonic repertoire"
