Nikki and Jules are inviting us to an intimate jazz cabaret show with Édith Piaf and Josephine Baker's moving songs.
Nicolle Rochelle, in art Nikki, is a singer, dancer and actress who has put Paris under her spell by performing in 2006 the role of Josephine Baker in the show "Looking for Josephine" by Jérôme Savary. Nicole has appeared in several television shows, including "The Cosby Show", and on Broadway in "Dangerous Games" and "Fame on 42nd Street" at Stage 42, which back then was the Little Shubert Theatre.
Julien Brunetaud, in art Jules, is a pianist, guitarist, singer and a multi-award-winning composer.
He recorded many albums in New Orleans and Paris and performed around the globe with legendary artists such as B.B. King and Chuck Berry.
Nikki and Jules' first album won the Best Jazz Vocal award at The Hot Club of France. They performed in France, Austria, Germany and Switzerland and in many festivals around the world.
Nikki & Jules are taking us into the rich world of jazz and blues with a repertoire full of inspiration in an energetic performance influenced by many music styles. An original mix of their compositions, harmonies combining rhythmic dance and a time travel experience.
Among the songs they will perform: La Vie En Rose, L'hymne à L'amour, Padam Padam.
