Graffitis Activate Youth Theatre is delighted to present a film version of Tuesdays Are Just As Bad by Cethan Leahy.Mondays kinda suck. Especially when the lads in your year keep mocking you because you tried to kill yourself with a hammer, or because the overly enthusiastic guy from your therapists office is hell-bent on becoming your best friend.Adam had weathered many a terrible Monday, but nothing had prepared him for a post-suicide-attempt haunting by a ghost hallucination manifestationthing Tuesdays Are Just As Bad is an adaptation of a novel by Cork author Cethan Leahy.Set in Cork City, the story mingles dark humour with an uplifting shot of hope as it follows Adam on his winding road to recovery. This project was made possible by the support of Arts Council Irelands Young Ensemble Scheme, West Cork Music and Read ON EU and with kind permission from Cethan Leahy and Mercier Press.Activate Youth Theatre is a theatre group for young people based at Graffiti Theatre in Blackpool, Cork.
