Souls, Shadows and Secrets is a new multi-media performance that brings prominent figures from Ireland's history—Michael Collins, Countess Markievicz, and Éamon de Valera—to life on stage. Audiences will experience their personal stories set against a backdrop of old Pathé newsreels and underscored by traditional Irish music. The narrative is further enriched by the perspective of a young Irish woman sharing her emotional experiences during this revolutionary era. Written and directed by Barry Monahan, the performance offers a blend of historical insight and personal reflection.
