Temple Bar TradFest is welcoming families of all ages to join in the Festival celebrations this January with a host of events and performances to enjoy. Some are ticketed but there are also 200 free events taking place in Temple Bar from 26th - 30th Jan. This year the TradFest Family programme, in association with Dublin City Council, will burst out onto the streets of Temple Bar with 2 outdoor stages bringing music to the cobbles.

GIGS FOR KIDS at The Ark, A Cultural Centre for Children: Barcó, the virtuoso musical brothers of the De Barra family will fill The Ark's theatre with a lively medley of contemporary and traditional Irish sounds. They'll also be joined by a special guest or two. The Cunningham Family Sean-nós dancers and musicians will take The Ark by storm with their energetic dancing on barrels and breath-taking style, blending the old and the new in what promises to be an unforgettable performance.

The Ark and Temple Bar Tradfest are delighted to showcase emerging young talent and will present the 2010 Siansa Gael Linn winning group Ioscaid in concert. All events suitable for families and children aged 3+ (Tickets now on sale)
