The Everyman's production of Neil Simon's The Odd Couple has opened for a Summer Season and continues until Saturday August 17th, excluding Sunday and Mondays.
The Odd Couple is the epitome of quick witted, laugh a minute, humour. This production is a fresh look at a familiar set up and TV shows like Friends owe a huge debt to Simon's comic genius. Starring Nichola MacEvilly as Florence and Gillian McCarthy as Olive, directed by Conor Hanratty, it also features Noni Stapleton as Mickey, Gene Rooney as Vera, Camille Ross as Sylvie, E?adaoin O'Donoghue as Renee, Ray Scannell as Manolo and Kevin Creedon as Jesus, with set and costumes by Maree Kearns and lighting design by Kevin Smith.
Neil Simon's The Odd Couple opened at The Everyman, Cork, on Tuesday last and continues until Saturday, August 17th, nightly at 7.30pm (except Sundays and Mondays). Tickets are priced at €33 and students are €9.
