Theatre Resources Unlimited Awarded $25,000 By The New York State Council On The Arts

Theatre Resources Unlimited (TRU) announced that after a successful fundraising benefit on Sunday, November 17, 2024, TRU received a $25,000 grant from New York State Council on the Arts (NYSCA). Through New York State's continued investment in arts and culture, NYSCA has awarded $82 million this year to 509 artists and 1,497 organizations across the state, to support the nonprofit arts and culture sector.

 

"The Universe works in surprising ways sometimes," muses TRU executive Director Bob Ost. "Our truly beautiful benefit helped us reach many of our goals, and then the NYSCA grant pops up to solidify our fiscal health in the coming year. The support means so much to us."
