With a combination of over 25 years of experience in the industry, the work of this female-driven casting office spans theatre, TV, film, commercials, and web series.

Building on a strong foundation of casting, producing, and dramaturgy, TBD Casting affirms their commitment to the integrity of the casting process, from start to finish. The hallmarks of their work are exhaustive idea generation and working closely with creative teams to ensure that the vision for each story unfolds dynamically. The office is dedicated to inclusion and diversity of all kinds, with a priority on casting each project in a way that reflects the heterogeneity of the world.

Hunter Arnold and Stephanie Yankwitt's collaboration began in 2015 as co-producers on Nick Blaemire's A Little More Alive at Barrington Stage Company through William Finn's Musical Theatre Lab (Julianne Boyd, Artistic Director), which is currently being developed into a feature-length film, directed by Ross Katz and produced by Arnold. The pair continued their work in 2017 with Burn All Night at A.R.T. (Diane Paulus, Artistic Director), with Dunn and Yankwitt at the helm of casting.

Throughout the course of TBD Casting's inception and formal launch, Dunn and Yankwitt have collaborated in casting for several projects, including Born Yesterday and An Inspector Calls at Maltz Jupiter Theatre, Uncommon Sense at Tectonic Theatre Project, King Kong and West Side Story at the Fugard Theatre in Cape Town, South Africa, and the films Give Me Liberty (Animal Kingdom/A24), Sweet Home Tennessee (Opening Night Productions, Long Road Film), and A Little More Alive.
