The Wonderettes Company, in collaboration with Magic Bean Theatricals, has just announced the commercial release of the Original Cast Album for the all-new version of The Andrews Brothers by Roger Bean, creator of The Marvelous Wonderettes. The album features Jonathan Arana, David Engel, Larry Raben, and Krystle Rose Simmons, with a nine-piece orchestra conducted by Ryan O'Connell.

In The Andrews Brothers, a USO show is threatened with cancellation when a certain famous trio of singing sisters fails to show, and it's up to three earnest and determined stagehands to go on with the show. Mistaken identities and madcap adventures-imagine Bing Crosby and Bob Hope in a road movie of Some Like It Hot- along with the music of an entire generation highlight this laugh-out-loud yet heartfelt valentine to the heroes of World War II.

The Andrews Brothers, originally created for the Milwaukee Repertory Theater, has seen a healthy life among stock and amateur theaters around the country. The show has been updated with new (oldie) music and a completely revamped script since its maiden voyage in Milwaukee. The score is comprised of music made famous during the World War II era, including such hits as "Three Little Sisters," "Don't Sit Under the Apple Tree," Ac-Cent-Tchu-Ate the Positive," and of course, "Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy."

The Andrews Brothers was written and created by Roger Bean, the creator of the popular stage series The Marvelous Wonderettes, Sh-Boom! Life Could Be A Dream, Honky Tonk Laundry, Route 66, and Summer of Love. Upcoming projects for Mr. Bean include Sh-Boom! A Christmas Miracle, Don't Touch That Dial!, and Drag Wonderettes, making its world premiere at Stages in Houston in May of 2023. Mr. Bean is the founder of Stage Rights, a theatrical publisher recently acquired by Broadway Licensing. All current titles by Mr. Bean can be licensed through Broadway Licensing.

The Original Cast Album for The Andrews Brothers can be purchased on Amazon and iTunes, and can be found streaming on Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music Unlimited, Pandora, YouTube and Deezer. The digital album can be purchased directly from the artist at Bandcamp: https://musicalsfromrogerbean.bandcamp.com.
