Concord Theatricals has revealed a series of executive appointments and promotions. Alexandra (Ali) Roselle joins Concord in the recently created position of Theatricals’ Chief Financial Officer. Imogen Lloyd Webber is promoted to the new role of Executive Vice President of Marketing and Communications (Worldwide) for Theatricals and Originals, Concord’s film and TV division.

Other Theatricals promotions include Billie Davis to Senior Vice President, Amateur Licensing and Compliance (North America), Amy Rose Marsh to Senior Vice President of Acquisitions and Artistic Development (Worldwide), and Chaz Graytok to Vice President, Finance (Worldwide). Justin Prakash continues as CFO of Music Publishing for Concord.

“We’re very fortunate to have so many talented, highly experienced theatre professionals on our team. I’m proud to announce recognition of their work,” said Sean Patrick Flahaven, Chief Theatricals Executive of Concord.

In December, Roselle took up the new position of Theatricals’ CFO, assuming responsibility for the financial stewardship of and strategic forecasting for the division worldwide. She comes to Concord having spent nearly 10 years in increasingly senior finance positions at HBO & MAX/Warner Bros. Discovery, culminating as VP of Global Streaming Content Finance. Roselle is a CPA and previously worked as an auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers. She is a three-time alum of the University of Michigan and holds a BMA in vocal performance, BBA and MAcc. In 2023, she was recognized as an Honorary Paton Fellow by the Ross School of Business. Her board service includes the Friends of the University of Michigan Gilbert & Sullivan Society and Light Opera of New York, and she is a voting member of NATAS (the Emmys).

As EVP of Marketing and Communications (Worldwide) for Theatricals and Originals, Concord’s film and TV division, Webber will oversee the elevation of thousands of works and continue to supervise the Rodgers & Hammerstein brand for stage and screen. She was nominated for a 2023 Emmy Award for executive producing, alongside Originals’ EVP Sophia Dilley, an ABC News Studios documentary on Rodgers & Hammerstein’s Cinderella. The duo also recently executive produced My Favorite Things: The Rodgers & Hammerstein 80th Anniversary Concert in London’s West End, which was subsequently seen in cinemas, broadcast on PBS and Sky Arts, and released as an album on Concord Theatricals Recordings. Webber has led Concord Theatricals’ Marketing and Communications strategy since the company’s inception in 2018 and previously served as Vice President of Marketing for The Musical Company, Concord’s joint venture with The Really Useful Group. Educated at Cambridge University, Webber is additionally an internationally bestselling author and Emmy Award-winning broadcaster. She is a member of the Broadway League and SAG-AFTRA.

In the role of SVP of Amateur Licensing and Compliance, Davis will continue to oversee the Amateur Department, licensing and providing customer support to over 100,000 educational and community theater customers in North America. In addition, she will lead the Compliance team, which works to protect the copyrights of Concord Theatricals’ remarkable roster of playwrights. Davis has a 20-year career in licensing, which began at Samuel French. She went on to lead licensing and customer service teams at Playscripts and Broadway Licensing before joining Concord five years ago. She is proud to serve on the board of the Educational Theatre Foundation.

As SVP of Acquisitions and Artistic Development (Worldwide), Marsh will oversee new signings and onboarding of plays and musicals for Concord’s New York, Berlin, and London offices. She will also lead creative development strategy for new stage works involving Concord’s incredible catalogue of artists and IP. Prior to working for Concord, Marsh helmed the acquisitions team at Samuel French, where she began her career as an Intern in the Editorial department and worked her way up to Literary Director. During her career, she has signed over 1,000 new plays and musicals into the Concord and Samuel French catalogs, including many major award-winning works. She is a proud member of the Literary Managers and Dramaturgs of the Americas, The National Theatre Conference, The Broadway Women’s Alliance, and serves as a board member for Theater Masters and is an Ambassador for the National New Play Network.

Graytok, who has been with Samuel French and now Concord for 10 years, is now Vice President, Finance (Worldwide) for Theatricals, reporting to Roselle. In addition to his team in U.S. finance and royalties, Chaz will oversee the Theatricals finance team in London, along with Theatricals financial reporting from Berlin and our international subagents. A CPA who holds a BS in Business and a Masters in Accounting, he has focused his career in the entertainment industry. Before his tenure with Concord, he has had the privilege to work with other entertainment companies such as Manhattan Theatre Club, Blue Man Group, Merlin Entertainments, and Broadway Across America.
