Brittney Mack, iris menas & More Set for Reading of SIREN: A NEW MUSICAL

Siren: A New Musical will have an industry reading on April 14.

The cast will feature Brittney Mack (Six), Troy Iwata (Be More Chill), Marcy Harriell (In The Heights), Iris Menas (Steven Spielberg's West Side Story), Leana Rae Concepcion (Romy & Michelle), Allison Griffith (Burning Man: The Musical), Tuan Malinowski (Luna and The Gold River Docks). Elena Araoz directs with music direction by Rodney Bush.

The industry presentation will be produced by Con Limón Productions, casting by The Casting Collaborative, Jason Styres & Andrea Zee, general management by Evan Bernardin Productions, Evan Bernardin & Sami Pyne, production stage management, Alexis Nalbandian and covid safety management by Javier Padilla.

Produced by Con Limón Productions, Siren: A New Musical, featuring a book, music & lyrics by Dillon Feldman, centers three sirens that are the last vestiges of a community on the verge of extinction, when they make the choice to kill a girl from a nearby village to add to their ranks. They are unaware, however, that she carries a dark past and a grudge with her. What does it mean to be a human--to be alive? How do you challenge communities' long held biases? Siren tackles this with a magical lens and a haunting, modern soundscape.
