Grammy Award-winning vocalist Janis Siegel will work one-on-one with participants in an "intimate and supportive class designed to help you delve more deeply on your musical and jazz interpretation, helping you gain new insight on your live performance." She will provide insight and coaching in such areas as lyric interpretation, phrasing, connecting with the audience, vocal scatting and making a song your own, in order to help you bring the story of the song to its greatest potential.
The afternoon will include an interactive question and answer session with Janis, providing a unique opportunity to ask the questions you've always wanted to ask, gaining insight about what it takes to make it as a performer!
