A double life adds up to a hilarious comedy in Beef & Boards Dinner Theatre's 2016 Season opener RUN FOR YOUR WIFE. The British farce by Ray Cooney is now on stage for performances through Feb. 7. BroadwayWorld has a first look at the cast onstage below!

Timing is everything in this comedy of marital errors. John Smith is a simple cab driver who leads a rather complicated life. He's happily married - but to two women! Neither wife is aware of the other, because John maintains a precise schedule that divides his time between them in their separate homes.

All enjoy wedded bliss until that schedule is disrupted and reporters and police detectives are on the trail of the "two" John Smiths. While chaos ensues, John receives some assistance from his neighbor, Stanley Gardner, who has just learned of his friend's double life and - at least for a while - is a bit jealous! With outrageous stories and little white lies, John scrambles to keep his life and his marriages from unraveling. He's apparently ready to do anything it takes - even if that means eating the newspaper!

Eddie Curry and Sarah Hund reprise their roles as John Smith and Mary Smith, respectively. Jeff Stockberger also returns in the role of Stanley Gardner. Erin Cohenour stars as John's other wife, Barbara. All four were recently seen in the highly acclaimed production of The Addams Family at Beef & Boards.

Also reprising their roles in this production are Adam Crowe as Detective Sergeant Porterhouse and Sean Blake as Bobby Franklyn. Rounding out the cast are A.J. Morrison as Detective Sergeant Troughton and Antonio LeRoy King as the newspaper reporter.

RUN FOR YOUR WIFE is on stage for 39 performances through Feb. 7 in the intimate space of Beef & Boards Dinner Theatre. Tickets range from $41 to $66 and include Chef Odell Ward's dinner buffet, freshly prepared in-house for each performance, and select beverages. Parking is always free.

For reservations, call the Beef & Boards Dinner Theatre Box Office at 317.872.9664 anytime between 10 a.m. and 7 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday and from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mondays. Discounts are available to groups of 20 or more; contact the Group Sales Department for more details.
