It is the yearly reunion dinner at St. Martin's College: an annual event which draws in the graduates from ten years ago to celebrate their achievements and the continued accomplishments of St. Martin's College.
Scotland Yard has been called in to solve the murder. Despite this horrific event, the reunion continues (it’s what the headmaster would have wanted), and everyone falls under suspicion – the eccentric science teacher, the snobby rowing master, the flirtatious foreign language teacher, the upper-crust head boy, the rebellious head girl, and the overbearing dining matron.
But the Inspector has a unique and proven way of solving crimes; he involves everyone present in the investigation. Thus, the audience members become the sleuths. Guests sit in teams of eight, watch the mystery unfold, interrogate the suspects, study the clues, then pull their observations together to solve the mystery. Prizes are awarded to the winning team.
This audience participation play is appropriate for those 12 and older. The intimate table arrangement also makes this play ideal for private parties. Tickets are $15 each, and include a dessert and beverage selection from the dining matron’s table of sweets. Seating for this event is limited and reservations are encouraged. Please call 317-823-4761, ext.4 to make a reservation, or go to our websitewww.oaklandoncivictheatre.org and click on “Reservations”.
