Presenting a Homage to Saadat Hasan Manto with a collage of snippets from his stories and his life, that gives us a glimpse into the unique, sensitive mind of Manto.

About the Group:
Essay Communications is a forum for theatre and other allied arts in Mumbai. Javed Siddiqis Aapki Soniya, Kachche Lamhe and Humsafar. Gulzars Kharaashein which explores the scars from riots, a collage on stage of writings on communal harmony, Lakeerein The lines that alter relationships. Some of their other plays include, Atthanniyaan of Mumbai Mahanagar, a look at the street life on Mumbai, Salim Arifs Ghalibnama, a concert comprising of the letters and poems of Mirza Ghalib. Peele Patton Ka Ban a collection of three monologues are some of their other productions which gave this group a distinctive identity as a platform for meaningful artistic presentations.
