In 1982, filmmaker Mahesh Bhatt made the critically acclaimed Arth, which looked at the bold subject of extra-marital relationships and also spoke about womens rights. Now, after more than three decades, the director has decided to give a new lease of life to the film by adapting it into a play. The play which is being directed by Priyanka Pathak and produced by Sandiip Kapur has Imran Zahid in leading role. The play will be launched at The Films and Theatre Societys festival Marasim which also features Atul Satya Koushiks Bade Shahar Ke Log.
