KYUN KYUN LADKI at Prithvi Theatre

How often do children ask questions and actually get answers from adults? And how often do adults enter the magical world of questions? Kyun-Kyun Ladki is the story of Moyna and, at the same time, the story of so many inquisitive children who always ask the question 'Why?' Performed through dance, movement and live music, the play is a celebration of this spirit.

About the Group:
GILLO is a Mumbai based organisation that works exclusively in Theatre for Young Audiences (TYA) – including content development, performance and training. We have a repertory group that performs short and full length plays for children of different age groups. Full length productions include Suar Chala Space Ko (2010) and Kyun Kyun Ladki (2011). Our facilitators also conduct short-term workshops for children, teachers and parents and a round-the-year Saturday Drama Club for children.
