The Jeff Goldberg Studio Presents A STREETCAR NAMED DESIRE

American playwright Tennessee Williams' one of the most acclaimed work 'A Streetcar Named Desire' will be presented by the Jeff Goldberg Studio, at the Royal Opera House Mumbai on 23rd, 30th & 31st March.

This renowned drama follows troubled former schoolteacher Blanche DuBois as she leaves Pondicherry and moves in with her sister, Stella Fernandez and her husband Stanley, in Bombay. Blanche's flirtatious presence causes problems for Stella and Stanley, who already have a volatile relationship, leading to even greater conflict in the Fernandez household.

Directed by Jeff Goldberg- For more than a decade Jeff has been teaching acting, scriptwriting and directing at some of the finest acting and films schools all over the world. He's been a former faculty member at the world-renowned Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute, & School of Visual Arts in New York City. Before that, he was one of the two co founders and first Director of EICAR, The International film School of Paris. Jeff led EICAR's international programme for several years and authored the school's BFA and MFA Film Directing diplomas. Jeff is also accomplished filmmaker who's work has been screened and been awarded prizes at film festival all over the world.
