Green Room Diaries is an attempt to capture inspiring life stories of established Theatre practitioners. Through a video interview they talk about their foray into theatre, their journey so far, their thoughts on Indian Theatre, etc.

Ira Dubey needs no introduction!! We all know her as the fashionista from Aisha, the funny girl from President is Coming, the host of Chicks on Flicks and the pretty, young wife from the BlueStone ad.
Behind the super chic and glamorous image there is another side to her- that of a dedicated, immensely talented and passionate Theatre artist. Having majored in Theatre Studies from Yale University- Ira performed her first professional play at the age of five. Ever since, she has mastered the art and delivered some fine performances in plays like Girish Karnad's The Wedding Album and Mahesh Dattani's 30 days of September.
Most recently, Ira was nominated for the Best Actress category at META for the portrayal of nine different characters in 9 Parts of Desire.
