What would you do if you get to know that a play would be shown on stage that is based on stories by none other than stalwarts such as Saadat Hasan Manto, Late Tom Alter and many others? If you are even remotely interested in theatre or well, even good stories... you would book yourself a ticket!

Well, soon to be staged in the capital is a play tiled Once Upon A Time. The play is written by varied authors of repute such as Saadat Hasan Manto, Late Tom Alter, Dipanker Mukherjee, Sutapa Basu, and Twinkle Pandey. the play direction is by Sujata Soni Bali and it is produced by Miran Productions.

Naturally, if you are wondering what is the storyline of the play which shares an association with legends, then here it. The play, Once Upon A time, is a a repertoire of five short stories based on human emotions and relationships.

Coming to the stage right after the Valentine's while the play may not be your goeey romantic story but is a balanced and mature take on relationships, which would make you sit back and take note of what is really relevant in life and your love relationships.

Actors such as Sunit Tandon, Rohit Roy, and Charu Shankar are part of the play and makers assure that the play will blow away the audiences with its simplicity.

Stories from powerful writers such as Manto have always managed to stir various emotions on its readers, so the play does open with a lot of audience expectations. Let's hope the presentation on stage is just as surreal.
