Houston-based underground indie music collective, The Wheel Workers, are playing a show on Saturday, June 18 at White Oak Music Hall, (located at 2915 N Main St, Houston, TX 77009) to benefit Houston music and arts scene mental health services. Each band on the lineup will cover well known artists in an effort to raise $10,000 in one night. The Wheel Workers will cover Pixies. Other Houston bands performing at the benefit include Rozy as Journey, Blossom Aloe as The Beatles, Another Run as Incubus, Mother Ghost as Misfits, Yaupon as Deer Tick, Members of Swimwear Department as Presidents of the United States and Nathan Quick as Creedence Clearwater Revival. Doors are at 7 p.m. The show is all ages and tickets are $10. Every dollar donated will be matched by White Oak Music Hall.
