SLAY is a cabaret series that will feature some of Houston’s best talent lending their voices to raise money for the students of Iconotheatrix. SLAY, or Scholarships for Local Artistic Youth, is all about local professionals coming together to raise funds for low income students to be able to participate in ITX productions. All proceeds will go to production fees for eligible students, helping Iconotheatrix grow and foster an economically diverse community of young students. We are honored to be able to bring together the diverse community of Houston artists, as they invest time in the cultivation of Houston’s young artists with Iconotheatrix. The first cabaret in the SLAY Series will be “I Put a Spell On You.” The one-night-only performance will be held October 31, 2017 at Obsidian Theater, located in the Houston Heights. Tickets are by donation and can be purchased at www.iconotheatrix.org/slay. Your ticket to the evening includes an open bar and spooky treats beginning at 7pm, followed by the cabaret at 8pm
