COVIDIOUS is a musical satire following covid (and post-covid) life in the fictitious town of Deerville, Tennessee. Fred, the super spreader, is infecting record numbers of citizens in the fall of 2020 but not to worry President Trump and Dr. Fauci along with local business and political leaders have it all under control. Well, sort of. Added attraction, a special guest appearance by the Q-Anon Shaman.
The show is unique because it addresses an historical event (covid) while that history is still unfolding - a history we've all been living the past two years. COVIDIOUS takes a balanced look at social and political issues then inserts knife to both sides with an equal hand. There's topical humor, great songs but also some serious undertones for all to consider.
